Job Description:

- Assists Maintenance Manager to develop maintenance plans, including resources, system, strategy and timeline.
- Manage spare part inventory level, especially for critical spare parts.
- Establish and maintain records tor Preventive Maintenance program.
- Execute and monitor projects plan according to timeline.
- Carry out supervision to maintenance staff in their day to day activities.
- Attend any production equipment breakdown when required.
- Ensure maintenance staff acquires technical skills so that the maintenance jobs are carried out according to the best practice standard.
- Ensure all safety regulation are adhered to by all maintenance staff at all times.
- Drive the continuous improvement activities in line.
